This is the best sweet bread I have ever tasted!! This recipe was handed down by my Grandma Cameron to my mother. My mom has been making this during the holidays for as long as I can remember. It's always a big hit!!

If you have never tried Zucchini Bread, don't let the name or ingredients scare you!! It sounds bizarre, but the way this bread tastes, speaks for itself!! You won't be disappointed!

Note: I have found that if you let the bread sit for a couple days, it becomes even more moist and delicious!!

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
3 eggs (beaten)
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon nutmeg
3 teaspoons cinnamon
3 cups flour
2 cups zucchini (peeled and grated)
3 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts (chopped)

Directions
1) Spray bread pan with vegetable spray.
2) Mix all ingredients & add mixture to pan.
3) Bake at 350° F for 1 hour.
